Customer Cancellations
• Refunds will be issued for any advance payments if you cancel a contract more than 14 days prior to the invoice date.
• 50% refund will be issued for any advance payments if you cancel a contract within 7 days of the invoice date.
• No refund if you cancel within 3 days of invoice date per contract.

Refund Policy
• If, for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, Parallel Strategies will refund the retainer cost with proper notification as noted in your contract. Please follow these guidelines:

• All invoices for courses must be paid within 15 days.
• Payment for invoices can be made by company check, EFT or with a credit card.
